Ingredients:
Black sesame 30g
Goji berry 10g
Rice 100g
Cooking method:
• Stir fry and grind Black sesame
• Add water, rice, goji berry and black sesame, cook together
Function:
Black sesame seeds are an especially rich source of macrominerals and trace minerals.

Black sesame congee can nourish the Liver and Kidney, moisturize the Zang-organs, and is suitable for insufficient milk supply in breastfeeding, emaciation, constipation, and premature greying of hair. It is good for five Zang-organs deficiency, chronic constipation, senile arteriosclerosis, dry cough. It can also moisturize the skin and is a tonic for skin care.
