Lemon & Coix drink
Ingredients:
Coix: 80 grams,
Lemon: half (juice)
Water: about 2000ml,
Sugar: few
Method:
1. After washing the coix, add water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook until the coix is soft.
2. Add sugar to dissolve, after bit cooler, add lemon juice and stir well before drinking.
3. Can be stored in the refrigerator.
Function:
Clearing heat;
Protecting skin from sun damage;
Strengthening spleen and expelling dampness;
Diuresis and reducing swelling
檸檬薏米水
功效:
清熱防曬、美白肌膚、利水消腫、健脾去濕。
材料:
薏米:80克,
檸檬:半個(榨汁)
清水:約2000ml,
白糖:適量
做法:
1、薏米洗淨後,加入清水,大火煮開,轉小火煮至薏仁軟爛。
2、加入白糖溶化,待溫度降低後,加入檸檬汁攪勻即可食用。
3、可存放入雪櫃中,需要時飲用。
